Progress updates and the launch date are on their way. Two more things help: follow the Kickstarter page so Kickstarter pings you at launch, and reserve your copy with a $1 refundable deposit to claim 25% off when the campaign opens.
Your $1 is refundable in full before production starts.

These Terms are an agreement between you and Demystified Studios [TEAM: confirm the legal entity name and type, for example "Demystified Studios LLC", and whether VGCD Academy is a separate party to these terms], based in San Ramon, California ("Studio Showdown", "we", "us"). They apply to studio-showdown.com and its subdomains (the "Site"). By using the Site, joining the waitlist, or placing a reservation, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 to use the Site, and at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to place a reservation or make a payment.
The Site is for your own personal, non-commercial use. Do not scrape or republish its content, submit false information or someone else's email address, interfere with the Site, or use it to break the law. We may block access for anyone who does.
Joining the waitlist means giving us your email address so we can send progress updates and the Kickstarter launch date. We do not sell the list. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Being on the waitlist does not reserve a copy or set a price.
A reservation is a refundable deposit of one US dollar that holds one of a limited number of launch spots, each worth 25% off the Shark Whisper tier when the Kickstarter goes live. It is governed by the Reservation and Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. A reservation is not a purchase of the game and does not promise delivery by a given date.
Pledges, rewards, estimated delivery, and backer support are handled on Kickstarter under Kickstarter's Terms of Use. Nothing on this Site changes those terms.
Studio Showdown, its logo, rules, card designs, characters, and all art, text, and video on the Site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share screenshots and links to talk about the game. You may not sell, reprint, or build products on our art or rules without written permission. Feedback and ideas you send us may be used to improve the game without any obligation to you.
The Site is provided "as is". The game is still heading to production, so component counts, artwork, tiers, shipping regions, and dates can change before launch. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us as a deposit.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California [TEAM: confirm California, or change it]. If we have a disagreement, email us first. Any claim will be brought in the state or federal courts in Contra Costa County, California [TEAM: confirm the county]. We may update these Terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and we will email reservation holders before any change that affects them.
